Mark Clements has over 18 years of experience in corporate accounting and public company administration.
In 2010, Mr Clements formed Balion Corporate Services, a company which offers contract company secretarial, financial accounting and directorship services to listed and unlisted public companies. He is also company secretary for several diversified ASX listed companies. Since 1997, Mr Clements held the roles of chief financial officer and company secretary of ASX listed MOD Resources and has been responsible for the financial and corporate administration of the company. He was subsequently appointed chief operating officer in 2005, executive director in 2006 and executive chair in 2014. Mr Clements was chief financial officer and company secretary, executive director and then non-executive director of ASX listed Vietnam Industrial Investments. He was also a director of Trident Management Services, part of Trident Capital, a boutique corporate advisory and venture capital firm which offers contract company secretarial, financial accounting and directorship services to listed and unlisted public companies. Mr Clements previously worked for KPMG in Perth and Manchester. He is also Trustee of the Simon Lee Foundation, a charitable organisation which is governed by Trustees recognised as community leaders with a mission statement to "Champion the Human Spirit".
He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia, and a member of the Australia Institute of Company Directors.
