Solco completes GO takeover, signs $30m facility
Solco has completed its transition from solar panel wholesaling to financing and technology with the wrap-up of its $9.2 million acquisition of GO Group.
Lui Pangiarella operates his own consultancy specialising in mergers and acquisitions, strategy and execution, and organisation development. He has consulted to a range of industries covering transport and logistics, retail, chemical manufacturing, professional services, marine and civil engineering, laboratory services, subscription-based technology services, and for-purpose organisations.
He is also the co-founder of entrepreneurship accelerator Second Squared and investment vehicle WayFinder Capital, and the co-author of A Mind for Acquisition – Preparing Yourself to Buy Your Business.
Mr Pangiarella's executive career included senior management roles at Bunnings, Wesfarmers and CSBP.
He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
