Lorna Lewis is a founding owner and director of Mars Recruitment. After an international career in accounting, she commenced her career in recruitment with global leaders Robert Walters. Ms Lewis became the company’s number one consultant in the Perth office in just six months. In the two years that followed, she was the highest performing recruiter every quarter, and it was clear she had found her calling. In 2008, Ms Lewis founded Mars Recruitment which has since opened offices in Sydney (2010) and Melbourne (2015).
