Mars Recruitment was established in 2008 by Perth-based Lorna Lewis and Sydney-based Marcus Wood. Staff numbers have grown from two to 60 and turnover has risen close to $30 million in 2017. It specialises in placing accounting, finance and business support staff, but has also diversified into health care and aged care.
