Lindsay Colless was a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia, and has over 15 years of experience in the profession and a further 34 years of experience in commerce, mainly in the mineral and petroleum exploration industry in the capacities of financial controller, company secretary and director. After a long illness, Mr Colless passed away on 18th March 2015.
