Len Troncone has over 40 years of hands-on experience in a range of industries including diversified engineering, manufacturing and construction, mining, oil and gas, and private investment. He has been involved in initial public offerings, capital raisings, and arranging debt facilities to fund major acquisitions and projects
Mr Trocone was a senior finance executive at a number of public-listed entities. He was instrumental in the development and delivery of shareholder value in the post-IPO years at United Group and Decmil Group (formerly Paladio Group). He was chief financial officer of a large, private, vertically integrated manufacturing group of companies, and played a key role in assisting the owners to monetise their business via a trade sale to an international private equity group.
