Kris Knauer

Kris Knauer has over 15 years’ experience in finance and corporate advisory services with ASX Listed companies. Mr Knauer is a key shareholder and convertible noteholder of Medibio. He has also been a consultant and was actively involved in the due diligence process and providing corporate and strategic advice. He was its chief executive in 2014 and became interim chief financial officer in 2017 until a permanent appointment has been made, after which he will remain on the board as non-executive director. Mr Knauer has a Bachelor of Science (Honours). He was chief executive of a group owning GP Centers and Radiology practices, chair of Esperance Minerals, and managing director of Citadel Resource Group.
