Challenger Gold (CEL, formerly Challenger Exploration and Challenger Energy) is a Perth-based ASX-listed gold and copper explorer with two projects in Argentina and a shale gas prospect in South Africa.

Formerly based in Melbourne and known as Challenger Energy, the company moved its headquarters to Perth in late 2019. It changed its name from Challenger Energy to Challenger Exploration in May 2019., and then to Challenger Gold in June 2023.
