Law partners make their moves
SPECIAL REPORT: There has been a flurry of high-profile moves by senior lawyers in Perth as the sector readies for a pick-up from several quiet years.
Kim Hodge was admitted to legal practice in 2002 and holds a Bachelor of Laws from Murdoch University and a Bachelor of Economics from the University of WA.
Mr Hodge has over 20 years of experience in the area of employee relations for clients across a diverse range of sectors including mining and resources, engineering, utilities, education, not-for-profit and the WA State Government. His main areas of practice are industrial relations, human resources, unfair and unlawful terminations, and workplace investigations.
Mr Hodge was previously a human resources manager, IR advisor, labour market economist and industrial inspector. Prior to joining SRB Legal (later known as McCabe Curwood), he was the co-founder and director of a boutique industrial relations firm, Hodge & Smith.
