Kevin Bailey

Kevin Bailey has been an elected member at the City of Swan since 2005, and was recognised as part of the WA Local Government Association’s honours program for his long and loyal service as a councillor. Mr Bailey was elected the City's mayor in 2019. He has represented the council on over 20 committees that have contributed to the wider local government sector, provided assistance with local events and initiatives, and is a mentor of several community groups and organisations.
