Kelly van Nelson has over 20 years of experience in IT consulting and professional staffing with leading solution providers in the UK, South Africa and Australia. She has experience in leading operational teams, driving strategic business transformation projects, and achieving profitable revenue streams, from bid management through to complex program delivery. Her strengths include governance, risk and quality management, project and change management, workforce planning and talent acquisition, business process re-engineering, and business development.
Ms van Nelson is a published author and a well-respected leader in the business community, having been named a 2020 CEO Magazine Managing Director of the Year finalist and 2020 Telstra Business Women’s Award NSW Finalist (Medium and Large Enterprise).
She is chair of the Diversity Council, with a focus on gender equity in the technology sector.
