Johnathon Busing

Adam Parker has been appointed non-executive director of Berkeley Energia. Mr  Parker was co-founder of Majedie Asset Management and has three decades of experience in institutional fund management in the London financial markets.

Caeneus Minerals has appointed current non-executive director Peter Christie as non-executive chair and Johnathon Busing as company secretary. They replace Keith Bowker who has resigned as non-executive chair and company secretary to pursue other interests.

Peter Clare has been appointed non-executive chair of Dubber Corporation. Current chair Peter Pawlowitsch will become non-executive director.
