Brown to chair Cannings Purple
Karen Brown will become chair of Cannings Purple's board, replacing the communication firm’s founder Warrick Hazeldine who is stepping down in February.
Jo Monery is an award-winning corporate communications specialist with experience in delivering strategic counsel, 24/7 crisis and issues management, and impactful thought leadership campaigns for her clients, designed to protect and build reputation.
Having relocated back to Perth in November 2021 after 15 years in London working for some of the UK’s biggest agencies, Ms Monery has led integrated teams working with clients in fast paced and evolving industries including aviation, technology, property, infrastructure, energy, financial services and education. Clients include Emirates, BAE Systems, Tesco, Samsung, Accenture and Visa.
