JiYe Yang

JiYe Yang is the controlling shareholder of China Hanking Holdings, a diversified international mining company listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. He is an executive chair and chief executive of China Hanking. He is also chair of China Hanking Investment, Hanking (Indonesia) Mining, and a director of Hanking Australia Investment and HGM Resources. Mr Yang graduated from Peking University, and has more than 15 years of experience in management and corporate governance.
