Jeremy Sambrook is an experienced corporate lawyer having practised in the United Kingdom, Hong Kong and the Channel Islands before moving to Australia. He has a broad based in-house and private practice background, including extensive managerial and executive interaction.
Following seven years of mergers and acquisitions experience at a leading London law firm, Mr Sambrook moved to one of Europe’s largest international hedge fund managers as corporate legal counsel with responsibility for a wide variety of corporate group projects, becoming a partner in 2010, and going on to manage the off-shore head office prior to moving with family to Australia in 2013.
