Brumby, Marindi in zinc merger
Two well-known mining industry executives will assume control of ASX-listed Brumby Resources in a merger they hope will establish the new company as a producer in the medium term.

Jeremy Robinson started in stockbroking as a mining and resources analyst before spending 15 years in capital markets and in-house for junior and mid-cap mining companies. He held senior management roles including as company secretary, commercial manager, chief financial officer and was involved in investor relations, corporate development and business development.
Mr Robinson has been the principal of Churchill Strategic Investments Group since Feb 2021, which has successfully funded multiple junior exploration and early-development mineral companies across the ASX and TSX.
