Brokers pull rank as merged CPS Capital
WESTERN Australian stockbrokers CPS Securities and Indian Ocean Capital have agreed to merge to create the ninth biggest stockbroking operation in the state.

Jason Peterson is a director, major shareholder and head of corporate at boutique stockbroking and corporate advisory firm, CPS Capital.
He has more than 19 years of experience in the financial advisory sector, which he obtained by working in both local and international stockbroking companies such as Patersons, Tolhurst, and Merrill Lynch.
Mr Peterson specialises in corporate structuring, capital raising, corporate and strategic advice to small and medium size companies, and reverse takeovers.
He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Curtin University and a Graduate Diploma of Finance from FINSIA (Financial Services Institute of Australia)/SDIA (Securities & Derivatives Institute of Australia).
