The Agency seeks to raise $10m
Real estate group The Agency has entered an agreement with CPS Capital Group to underwrite a minimum $10 million capital raising.
CPS Capital (CPS) is a Western Australian boutique stockbroker and corporate advisory firm holding an Australian Financial Services Licence to provide advice to retail and wholesale investors on investment in the Australian stockmarket.
CPS Capital was formed from the merger of Indian Ocean Capital and CPS Securities.
