Jason Gunn founded Oliver's Real Food in 2005 and managed its growth as chief executive from 2005 to 2018, and then returning as chief executive from March 2019 to April 2020 to lead the recovery process. He had led the business throughout its operating history through periods of growth, rationalisation and restructuring.
