James Walker III

James Walker III has significant financial and commercial experience from his 30-year career in executive leadership, asset management and investment banking.

Mr Walker has been a board member for Starwood REIT, Clarus Corp and Consumer Portfolio Services. He is also a strategic partner of Jadian Capital, a real estate private equity investment firm.

Mr Walker was a managing partner of Fir Tree Partners and Black Diamond Capital Management. He began his career in investment banking at Kidder, Peabody & Co and Bear Stearns.
