James O'Mahony

Prior to joining Viburnum as an investment director in October 2014, James O'Mahony was the vice president of Credit Suisse's Investment Banking Department based in Melbourne where he worked for almost 5 years. He was also a senior associate with Norton Rose, advising clients on M&A (both public market and private treaty) and equity capital markets transactions. During his six years as a lawyer, Mr O'Mahony advised a number of private equity investors, including ANZ Private Equity and Viburnum.
