Ian Hobson

Jonathan Murray has been appointed as a non-executive director of Vietnam Industrial Investments. Mr Murray is a partner at Steinepreis Paganin, and a non-executive director of Peak Resources and Hannans Reward.

Brian J Rear has resigned as a director of Horseshoe Metals. 

Boyd Timler has been appointed as the chief executive officer of Medusa Mining. Mr Timler has over 30 years of progressive international mining experience and has most recently served as the chief operating officer of Beadell Resources.

Suraj Sanghani has been appointed company secretary of Lindian Resources. He replaces Steve Brockhurst who has resigned due to other work commitments.

Peter Clare has been appointed non-executive chair of Dubber Corporation. Current chair Peter Pawlowitsch will become non-executive director.

Brett Clark has been appointed non-executive director of Avenira. Mr  Clark is a senior executive with 25 years of experience in the mining and energy sectors in funding, operations and advisory.Ian Hobson has replaced Kim France as company secretary of Walkabout Resources.

Ian Hobson has been appointed company secretary of White Cliff Minerals. Mr  Hobson is a fellow chartered accountant and chartered secretary with more than 30 years of professional accounting experience, including commercial experience in Australia, UK and Canada.

Nicholas Ong has replaced Ian Hobson as company secretary of White Cliff Minerals. Mr  Ong is also a non-executive director of the company.
