Hugh Jones has been the Labor Party Member of the Western Australia Legislative Assembly for Darling Range since 2021.
In 2019, Mr Jones was elected to the City of Armadale as a councillor for the River Ward.
In 1990, he joined the Royal Australian Navy and is a Lieutenant Commander.
