He joined Austal in 2007 as an executive manager, was regional manager in Spain in 2010 and chief operating officer in the Philippines in 2011 before heading back to Perth as chief financial officer in 2013. Prior to Austal, Mr Jason was the finance manager of Iluka Resources.
