Graeme J Clatworthy has resigned as non-executive director of Rift Valley Resources, but will remain as a consultant on the Angolan operations and administration.

Graeme Clatworthy has been involved in the stockbroking industry since 1987. Over the past 25 years, he has gained a vast knowledge of the Australian Capital markets. He is a private equities advisor at Indian Ocean Capital. Mr Clatworthy had several public company directorships, both listed on the ASX and unlisted. He was a director of Brightstar Resources where he assisted in the company's restructuring, project acquisition, re-capitalisation and eventual merger with Rift Valley Resources.
