Capricorn flags board changes

Gold-aspirant Capricorn Metals has announced a board restructure, which includes the retirement of managing director Heath Hellewell and founding director Peter Langworthy.
Geoff Rogers is a corporate and resources lawyer with over 35 years of experience in advising Australian and international clients involved in the resources industry.
Mr Rogers was a corporate and resources partner at Mallesons Stephen Jaques (now King & Wood Mallesons) for 27 years until his retirement in 2012. He has considerable experience in joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, fund raising, project acquisition, and development & regulatory issues in the resources industry.
Since 2012 Mr Rogers has run his own private practice, advising exploration and mining companies.

Gold-aspirant Capricorn Metals has announced a board restructure, which includes the retirement of managing director Heath Hellewell and founding director Peter Langworthy.
Capricorn Metals has made some changes to its board and senior management as it transitions from an explorer to developer-producer. Founding directors Heath Hellewell and Peter Langworthy will step down as managing director and non-executive director respectively.
Capricorn Metals’ managing director and chief financial officer have resigned after two shareholders of the gold junior successfully ousted three of its directors.

Panoramic Resources has advised shareholders not to take action in respect of the off-market takeover offer launched last week by Independence Group, while also criticising some of the conditions attached to the offer.
Panoramic Resources has formally rejected the takeover bid from Independence Group and confirmed it is seeking to raise $31 million to fund its operations, including the underperforming Savannah nickel mine.
