Geoff Pocock has over 15 years of experience in commercialisation, corporate finance and strategy. Mr Pocock also has significant experience as a corporate advisor and strategy consultant advising companies on commercialisation and IP management, business development, mergers and acquisitions strategy, and raising equity capital from private and public equity markets.
He spent several years as a research scientist in the biopharmaceutical industry in Australia and the UK.
Mr Pocock was the managing director of Hazer Group and partner of Mac Equity Partners.
He holds a Bachelor of Science (with first class honours) and a Bachelor of Law from the University of Western Australia, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Applied Finance and Investment from the Securities Institute of Australia.
