Garret Dixon
Non-Executive Director / Chalice Mining
Garret Dixon has over 40 years of experience in construction, civil engineering, contracting and bulk commodity logistics in Australia and overseas.
Mr Dixon worked for mining contractor Henry Walker Eltin Group for 18 years, serving in various positions including executive general manager of mining prior to joining Mitchell Corporation as managing director in April 2006. He was appointed managing director of Gindalbie Metals in December 2006 until his departure in mid-2011. Mr Dixon joined Alcoa Australian in February 2013 and led a mining centre of excellence that has accountability for Alcoa’s worldwide bauxite mines. He left Alcoa in October 2019 following an international management restructure.
