
Fiona Low holds a part-time academic appointment at Edith Cowan University and is also a practising lawyer. She has coordinated and taught Civil Procedure at Edith Cowan University and has also taught as a sessional lecturer at the Securities Institute of Australia, Murdoch University and the University of Notre Dame. Her varied private practice experience (mostly in litigation) has been complemented by senior roles in corporate and government practice. Ms Low operates her own consulting legal practice and spent the first 10 years of her career as an employee in two national law firms in Melbourne and Perth. She has appeared in each of the WA courts, the State Administrative Tribunal, the Federal Court, the High Court and various state courts in Victoria and New South Wales.
