Evan Cross has positions in several ASX companies as executive, director and company secretary, quite often as a founding shareholder. The focus was around IPOs and reverse takeovers, mainly in the biomedical space, most notably in the early to mid 2000s.

*** 1993-1999 Consolidated Foods Australia -
Mr Cross was the founding managing director of the CFA group which owned Lowan Whole Foods and Olympic Fine Foods. He was on the board as managing director from 1993 until the start of 1999. He stepped down in April 1999.
*** 2000-2002 Hotham Wines -
Mr Cross was a founding shareholder via Sante Holdings of Hotham Valley Estate, a wine producer from the viticulturally-obscure Wandering area. He became Hotham managing director in 2000 and took the business to an ASX listing later that year as Hotham Wines, involving it in some M&A activity before stepping down in 2002.
*** 2003-2004 Ritract -
A founding shareholder of safety syringe developer Ritract, he was on the board prior to its listing in late 2003 but stepped aside. The listed board included Michael Boyd, Tony Fitzgerald and Andrew Walker. Mr Cross was company secretary at listing and remained so until November 2004.
*** 2003-2006 Resonance Health -
In November 2003, GEO2 became Resonance Health following the reverse takeover of IVB Holdings, which controlled a UWA spin-out Inner Vision Biometrics owner of the Ferriscan magnetic resonance imaging technology to test for iron overload. Mr Cross, a shareholder, became company secretary (remaining as such until April 2006), with a board consisting of Michael Wooldridge (chair), Tony Fitzgerald (CEO), Christine Bennett and Andrew Walker. Mr Cross, who was to also be CFO, was described as a founder HealthTec Growth Partners a specialist corporate advisory form for growth orientated companies.
*** 2004-2006 Regenera -
Mr Cross was a founding shareholder via Santa Holdings in the IPO of Regenera but had stepped off the board when it listed in 2004, remaining as company secretary with directors being Tony Fitzgerald (chair), William Ardrey (CEO) and two other directors, Finian MacCana and Stephen Newman. Mr Cross was company secretary when Regenera became Advanced Ocular Systems.
*** 2006-2009 Advanced Ocular Systems -
In May 2007 Mr Cross joined the board of AOS (which backdoor listed via the William Ardrey-led Regenera in early 2006) just before the company’s chairman John Yeudall was appointed as chairman. Mr Cross remained on the board until July 2009 when the company was restructured and renamed IFS Construction Services.
*** 2004-2013 ISS Group -
He was a director of the former listed entity ISS Group from 2004 until its takeover by P2 Energy Solutions in August 2013. He was appointed chairman in September 2009 initially as an interim step following the resignation of John Yeudall. ISS was formed in 1995 by Shane Atwell as Industrial Software Solutions, an IT provider to the oil and gas sector.
*** 2012-2015 Sun Biomedical -
Mr Cross was a director of Sun Biomedical from 2012 until 2015 when it was involved in a reverse takeover by Dimerix.

Mr Cross was chairman of tin and tantalum hopeful Starfield Metals which sought an ASX listing in 2012. It was wound up in 2014.
*** 2015-2016 MyFiziq -
Founding shareholder at its 2015 IPO, at which he was also director and company secretary. Left the company in October 2016.
*** 2015- Activistic -
Director since it listed in 2015. Emerged as a significant shareholder following Activistic’s reverse takeover of Acuvax.
