Erica Haddon had an extensive career as a Certified Practicing Accountant with skills in audit, risk, governance and finance. She has over 30 years of experience working in significant Australian corporations including Rio Tinto, Wesfarmers and RAC WA. Ms Haddon has a background in resources, energy and community services across the insurance, automotive and aged care industries. To complement her career as a non-executive director Ms Haddon established an advisory business, Navigating Innovation, in 2018 which provides pragmatic advice on how to pursue innovation in large organisations.
