Eric Heenan

Eric Heenan practises in commercial and public law. He graduated with a degree in Science from the University of Western Australia before completing a PhD in High Energy Physics at the University of Melbourne. Mr Heenan then returned to the University of WA to study law, followed by a Bachelor of Civil Law at the University of Oxford. Before coming to the bar in 2012, he worked on a wide range of commercial and public law matters including regulatory prosecutions at the State Solicitor’s Office. Mr Heenan appears regularly, with and without a leader, in state and federal courts and tribunals.
