Duane Moroney has over 30 years of experience in the property and finance sectors within private and government enterprises. He also has an extensive background in property development, project and program management, sales, marketing and product innovation.
With a lifelong passion for property and the drive to assist low income Western Australians into stable, affordable accommodation through delivering quality affordable housing developments, Mr Moroney joined Housing Choices Western Australia (formerly Access Housing Australia) in January 2014. He began as a development manager and became business development manager in July 2016, general manager of property assets in February 2018, and general manager of development & asset management in February 2021.
