Dirk Adams is a highly experienced leader in project management and construction, with over 20 years of experience in managing and delivering complex projects within Australia and overseas.
Prior to becoming a project director of rare earths producer Hastings Technology Metals in March 2023, Mr Adams was a project director for Albermale Corporation's multi-billion dollar Kemerton Lithium Processing Plant where he was responsible for its delivery, which included all process and non-process infrastructure as well as commissioning and start-up. Mr Adams had also spent several years at BHP as the major projects manager and as project manager for the City Square Tower (Brookfield Place).
He holds a Masters in Civil, Construction and Structural Engineering from the Essen University in Germany.
