Bethesda kicks off $58m development
Bethesda Health Care has awarded a contract to Broad Construction to build its new facility at Cockburn and struck a deal to sell the asset to property group Dexus.

Deborah Coakley is the executive general manager of funds management at Dexus, with responsibility for managing the company's $12.7 billion funds management business comprising a diversified wholesale fund, a health fund, a diversified mandate, and three capital partnerships.
She has held various management roles in property management, consulting, human resources and outsourcing with over 20 years of experience gained in organisations including Deloitte, Qantas and Alexander Mann Solutions.
Ms Coakley holds a Bachelor of Business from the University of Technology Sydney, is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Australian Company Directors, and an accredited LSI Practitioner.
