Dean Langenbach was appointed managing director of ASG Group in May 2019, following the retirement of Geoff Lewis (founding managing director). ASG Group rebranded as NRI in February 2023 and Mr Langenbach became the chief executive of NRI Australia & New Zealand. He was previously appointed chief operating officer in September 2011 after spending more than 6 years as ASG’s chief financial officer.

Prior to joining ASG in July 2005, Mr Langenbach held senior finance roles at Onesteel where he focused on business improvement, growth initiatives and integration of acquisitions. During a 5-year period in London, Mr Langenbach worked in financial management roles with multinational companies Kingfisher (retail group), Diageo (beverage group) and GE Capital (global financier).
