Jamie Armes has taken over from Leanne Stevens as company secretary of Chalice Gold Mines, as Ms Stevens commences parental leave.
David Wrigley has 20 years of experience in international-listed and private entities across multiple industry sectors. He has extensive experience in the resources industry, business transformation, strategy implementation and corporate governance. Mr Wrigley held chief financial officer and senior finance executive roles for CuDeco, Consolidated Minerals, Alacer Gold Corporation, Singapore Power's Australia subsidiary Jemena and Alinta, and commenced his professional career with PwC in Australia and USA. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia and New Zealand, and a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
