New directors at AVZ
AVZ Minerals, formerly Avonlea Minerals, has appointed Klaus Eckhof as managing director and Patrick Flint as chairman, following the resignations of Roger Steinepreis and David Riekie.
David Riekie has over 30 years of corporate and professional experience through a variety of executive and advisory roles in the industrial and resource sectors of Australia. He is a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, and has specialised in capital raising initiatives and development strategies for ASX-listed and unlisted entities. Mr Riekie was a director of ASX-listed entities including Hawkley Oil and Gas, and a founding director of Otto Energy. Mr Riekie holds Bachelor of Economics and Diploma of Accounting and as a Chartered Accountant with PwC, he operated across multiple jurisdictions including Australia, New Zealand, Africa, Asia Pacific, the Americas and Europe.

Shares in Range Resources have been suspended from quotation after two directors resigned from its board, pushing it below the level required under corporate law.
Celsius Resources has appointed Edward Legg as project development manager for its 95%-owned Opuwo Cobalt Project in Namibia. Mr Legg has 20 years of experience in developing and managing mining projects in South Africa, Zambia and the Democratic Republic of Congo.
GuangYu Chen and John Chegwidden have been appointed non-executive directors of ATC Alloys. Mr Chen has over 30 years of experience in the mining and mineral processing industry, specialising in tungsten & cobalt.
Jameson Resources has appointed Michael Allen as project manager of its Crown Mountain Project. Mr Allen is a registered professional engineer with 20 years of experience in mine engineering, operations, coal processing and mine startup.
