Ephraim Resources has announced the appointment of Evan Cross as non-executive director, and the resignation of Yu Won Loi from the board.

David Rich is a chartered accountant and a graduate member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and the Governance Institute of Australia.
Mr Rich has over 30 years of experience in accounting, finance and management including 15 years as chief financial officer of ASX-listed upstream oil and gas exploration and production companies.
