David Ledger has over 35 years of experience in investment banking, advising institutional and corporate clients in the United Kingdom and Australia.
Mr Ledger commenced his career in Perth as a stockbroker in 1985. He transferred to the UK in 1991 and worked in institutional sales for Australian product, initially with James Capel & Co and then for BZW (the investment banking arm of Barclays Bank). In 1998, this business was purchased by ABN AMRO and Mr Ledger remained in London until 2001. On his return to Australia, he was appointed executive director at the bank and ran global equity sales for the Australian business. Since his departure in mid-2004, Mr Ledger has run his own corporate finance businesses under two banners including a brief period with an international bank.
He is a member of the Stockbrokers Association of Australia, The Financial Conduct Authority (UK), a Responsible Executive of the ASX, and a graduate of the Securities Institute of Australia.
