David Jesse

David Jesse is responsible for business development, network development, strategy and risk, finance, legal and procurement functions at Arc Infrastructure. He spent 10 years of his career assessing merger and acquisitions opportunities whilst being involved in the governance responsibilities of various operating infrastructure assets. Mr Jesse started his working life as a consultant engineer after completing his Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering with First Class honours, spending 6 years in that role. He then went on to complete his Masters Degree in Applied Finance, whilst simultaneously entering the world of investment banking.
