David Church is a qualified solicitor and has practised in Australia with Clayton Utz, and in the UK and Hong Kong with Linklaters. He has worked on domestic and international corporate transactions, as well as major international equity offerings for corporates and investment banks.
Mr Church has over 20 years of experience in mergers & acquisitions and corporate finance across multiple sectors in Australia, the UK, Europe and Asia.
In May 2023, Mr Church became a partner of Thomson Geer's corporate team in Perth. Prior to that, he was with Hong Kong-based investment company Regent Pacific Group as head of mergers & acquisitions and as general counsel where he oversaw investments & portfolio management of positions in the natural resources, healthcare and life sciences sectors globally.
