David Cain
Board Member / WA Council of Social Service
David Cain has more than 15 years of experience within the community services and government sectors.
Prior to joining Communicare in July 2016, he was the executive manager of Uniting Care West, delivering community support in financial counselling, homelessness services, justice services and housing. Mr Cain has also held senior policy and management positions with the Department of Child Protection and Family Support.
He graduated from Curtin University with a Bachelor of Social Work, and is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
