Gosh seals export deals
WESTERN Australian upholstery leather manufacturer Gosh Leather is confident new export contracts with three of the world’s largest furniture retailers could result in major expansion.
Danielle Blain is a businesswoman, political and community volunteer and director of Schaffer Corporation. She has been actively involved in numerous school, university, government and charitable boards.
Mrs Blain is the founding patron of the University of WA Centenary Trust for Women, and she also established the Leaders Forum of WA.
Mrs Blain was a member of The Federal Executive of the Liberal Party of Australia for 10 years, first as WA State President and then as a Federal Vice President. She was also the Pro-Chancellor of Edith Cowan University, former member of the Premier’s Treasury Advisory Group, member of the Standing Committee of the Executive, and managing director of Gosh Leather from 1993 to 2001.
