Daniel-Paul Filippi

Daniel-Paul Filippi is an experienced project marketing and sales specialist, providing advisory services in project marketing and sales strategy to built-form developers. He has been involved in the delivery and sales of over 30 major developments, and represented developers from around Australia locally and internationally.

Mr Filippi is also experienced in international business, business management, sales team recruitment, training and management, sales strategy, project advisory, development site procurement, and commercial & residential property management.

Mr Filippi has been the principal of The Agency Group's Perth office since September 2021, and helped to establish the new Perth project marketing business - The Agency Projects WA. Prior to that, he spent 4 years as director of marketing and sales at Stirling Capital where he was also the licensee in control of the project marketing, sales strategy, and sales & channel management of both the local sales team and international channels. Mr Filippi was also the group managing director of Indo-Pacific Property, and sales director of Blackburne.

He holds a triennial certificate as a Licensed Real Estate and Business Agent and is licensed in WA, QLD, VIC, NSW and New Zealand. He also holds graduate qualifications in Management and Property, and is a member of the Real Estate Industry of Western Australia.
