Daniel Noonan

Daniel Noonan is a geologist with extensive experience in mining and exploration across several jurisdictions including Australia, Korea, Mexico and India. Mr Noonan held operational roles in a range of base metal and gold mines, and managed drill-outs of large gold and base metal deposits.

He joined Peninsula Mines in May 2013 (when it was then known as Desert Mines and Metals) and became the in-country manager in September 2014 for the company’s projects in South Korea. He then became an executive director in February 2016 before transitioning to a non-executive director's role in June 2019. Mr Noonan retired from the board of Peninsula Mines in October 2019 but remains a senior geologist in a consultancy capacity.
