Daniel Moss

Daniel Moss is experienced in corporate insolvency and personal bankruptcy, unsecured and secured enforcement, managed investment schemes and commercial advice, dispute resolution and litigation. He is an associate of Lavan and works with its banking and accounting clients in relation to all forms of external administration and litigation, with particular specialisation in acting for external controllers of managed investment schemes to assist them in navigating through complicated structures. Mr Moss has appeared regularly in the Federal, Supreme, District and Magistrates Courts.
