Daniel Madden was with Talisman Mining for a decade, joining the company in November 2009 and becoming managing director from June 2016 to September 2020. He became chief executive of Joyce Corporation in November 2020 and joint company secretary in December 2020.
Mr Madden is an experienced mining industry and finance professional with more than 15 years of experience in the resource sector including as general manager of finance at Xstrata Nickel Australasia and financial controller of Jubilee Mines.
Mr Madden graduated from the University of Birmingham with a degree in Commerce and Accounting before joining Deloitte in the UK and Australia. He is an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales, and a member of the Governance Institute of Australia.
