Daniel Knight practices in the energy and resources group where he advises mining, oil and gas clients on a range of commercial issues. He spent time working at Allens in Perth and a top-tier firm in London. Mr Knight has extensive experience advising on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters. He has advised clients on infrastructure transactions including the acquisition of a water utility and a gas pipeline business; public and private M&A, capital raising and initial public offerings; and corporate governance issues. Mr Knight has spent time on secondment with a major international oil & gas company where he provided legal support to the exploration and production team. He has been trained formally in legal project management and attended a full-day LPM workshop delivered by US legal project management expert Susan Raridon Lambreth.
