Craig Earnshaw

Craig Earnshaw holds Bachelor degrees in Law and Commerce, and has over 12 years of legal, commercial and company secretarial experience in private practice and within the resources and construction industries. Prior to joining Barminco, he was the corporate counsel of RCR Tomlinson. Mr Earnshaw is also a member of the Law Society of Western Australia, the Australian Corporate Lawyers Association, and the Australian Mining and Petroleum Law Association. He holds a Graduate Diploma in Corporate Governance.
